Individual Therapy
Each of us can experience times of uncertainty or difficulty that can benefit from some extra care and support. There is nothing more valuable to yourself and to the relationships you have than to invest in your own self-care and well-being. It takes incredible courage to reflect, seek help, dig in, and grow.
I work from a holistic and relational perspective. I see you as the expert of your life, and my role as more of a partner, providing a safe space to collaborate with, encourage, and empower you as you choose how you want to heal and overcome.
My specialties for individual therapy are trauma, depression, and relational issues. I utilize a variety of approaches including attachment theory, cognitive behavioral principles, psychodynamic principles, and emotionally focused therapy.
